## Pick a host that shows the Kajabi sale

Keep the course and the checkout. Move the file when you need the play tied to the order.

The sales video on your Kajabi page reports plays and an engagement rate. It does not show which seconds the buyers watched, or which cut of the video produced the order. You can host Kajabi videos elsewhere and leave the course, the email and the checkout where they are.

Kajabi video hosting is a partnership, not a player Kajabi built. The [help center](https://help.kajabi.com/en/articles/17174907-does-kajabi-host-my-video-content) says Kajabi does not host video. Wistia stores the files in your pages and products, and the Kajabi plan already includes that. The [video stats article](https://help.kajabi.com/en/articles/17175401-view-video-stats) lists what Media Library counts: total plays, unique plays, unique viewers, play rate, engagement rate and hours watched, over the last 7, 30 or 90 days, plus a heatmap for each session. One upload's numbers roll up across every place that file is embedded. That list does not separate buyers from non-buyers, and it does not report revenue per play.

There are two ways to put a video on Kajabi. On a website or landing page, a Video block takes embed code. The [embed article](https://help.kajabi.com/en/articles/17174857-add-a-video-embed-block) names YouTube, Vimeo and Wistia. It does not say whether another player's embed code will work in that block. Inside a lesson, the [uploader](https://help.kajabi.com/en/articles/17174547-upload-videos-to-course-lessons) takes a file from your device, Dropbox, Google Drive or a direct file URL, and Wistia encodes it. That field refuses a YouTube or Vimeo page link. Those links go in the lesson body, through the source editor.

Match the host to the way you actually put the video on the page. A landing-page sales video can move to a player that scores the order. A lesson library can stay on Kajabi's uploader, unless you need download protection or a cheaper delivery bill than the bundle includes. Pay for a second host next to Kajabi only if you need tracking the bundle does not include.

Quick answer

**TrackPlay** is our top pick for most people. TrackPlay is the pick if the Kajabi page is a sales letter and you need each second tied to the verified order.

* **TrackPlay.** Best for a sales letter on a Kajabi page. Has a free tier.
* **Vidalytics.** Best for a mature VSL player without cart postbacks. Has a free tier.
* **Panda Video.** Best for a protected course plus the offer video. From $17.90/mo.
* **Voomly.** Best for interactive video on a small hosting bill. Has a free tier.
* **Wistia.** Best for a direct Wistia account and its embed stats. Has a free tier.
* **Bunny Stream.** Best for cheap delivery behind an embed. From $1/mo.

### Six hosts, one job each

Stop at the line that matches the video you want to move.

1. [TrackPlay](#trackplay), when the landing-page video has to show which cut produced the order.
2. [Vidalytics](#vidalytics), when you want that kind of player and the Kajabi order can stay in Kajabi.
3. [Panda Video](#panda-video), when the lessons and the pitch both need to be hard to download.
4. [Voomly](#voomly), when the video should collect a lead on a flat hosting bill.
5. [Wistia](#wistia), when you want the embed stats the bundled account does not show.
6. [Bunny Stream](#bunny-stream), when you only need the file delivered and the buttons stay on your page.

### How these six hosts compare

The From column is the lowest price each host publishes. Kajabi is not a row here. You are already paying Kajabi for the site.

Kajabi Basic is a separate subscription, $179 a month on the monthly toggle, or $143 a month billed annually, on the [pricing page](https://www.kajabi.com/pricing). Growth is $249 a month and Pro is $499 a month on that monthly toggle. Kajabi does not take a platform cut of the sale. That subscription stays if you only move the file.

### 1\. TrackPlay: best Kajabi alternative for a paid VSL

[Read the TrackPlay review](/reviews/trackplay)

TrackPlay's homepage, with the sales-letter player as the product.

I'd start with TrackPlay when the Kajabi page is a sales letter you pay to send people to.

TrackPlay is a video host and analytics platform for that letter. One embed drops into a funnel page. When someone buys, the cart tells TrackPlay which play led to that order. TrackPlay then posts the conversion to Meta, TikTok and GA4 without using the browser. Split tests stay under that same embed, so the ad link does not reset, and the winner is the version the cart confirmed, with a z-test, a p-value and a confidence interval.

On a Kajabi landing page, that is the gap in the Media Library. You still sell on Kajabi. The player is there to show which seconds buyers watched and which cut produced the order. Retention is plotted second by second, with buyers separated from everyone else, plus hook rate, hold rate and revenue per play. Autoplay starts with sound where the browser allows it. Where the browser blocks sound, the first touch turns it on and the video keeps its place. The player also reports the share of viewers who turn sound on.

The carts that post the sale back, server to server, are ClickBank, ClickFunnels, Kiwify, BuyGoods, Digistore24, WarriorPlus and JVZoo. Kajabi Payments is not on that list. If the order is taken inside Kajabi, you still have the watch graph. You do not get an automatic postback from Kajabi's own checkout. Vidalytics is the closer rival when you want the same kind of player and you will leave the order in Kajabi. It meters bandwidth. TrackPlay meters plays. The [Vidalytics vs TrackPlay](/compare/vidalytics-vs-trackplay) comparison puts those two meters side by side. Panda Video is the other peer when the file also has to be hard to download. Panda does not decide a test on the sale.

It is narrow by design. When the video's job is content marketing, this host is a poor fit. It has none of the channels, SEO pages or webinar tooling of a Wistia. The course on Kajabi still plays. Almost all the praise is on TrackPlay's own site. Independent reviews are still scarce, which is normal for a product this new. An older note still lists 1,000 watermarked plays and an invitation code. Use the free row in the comparison above when you plan the first month. The public registration form does not ask for a code. Pilot one funnel and reconcile the plays with the cart before you move a proven offer. Other hosts for this job are on the [TrackPlay alternatives](/alternatives/trackplay) page.

##### What works

* Both versions stay in one embed. The cart-verified sale picks the winner, and the report includes a z-test, a p-value and a confidence interval.
* When a sale comes in, TrackPlay matches it to the play and posts the conversion to Meta, TikTok and GA4.
* Retention is drawn per second, with buyers separated from non-buyers, plus hook rate, hold rate and revenue per play.
* Autoplay starts with sound where the browser allows it. Where it does not, the first touch turns sound on without restarting the video.

##### What to watch

* Built for a sales letter on ad traffic. A marketing library that needs channels, SEO pages or webinars should stay on Wistia or on Kajabi. The course itself can stay put.
* There are few independent reviews so far, which is typical for a product this new. Use the free plan in the comparison table for the first month.

### 2\. Vidalytics: best Kajabi alternative for player depth

[Read the Vidalytics review](/reviews/vidalytics)

Vidalytics's homepage, presenting the player and the analytics behind it.

Vidalytics is the established sales-letter player. Smart autoplay, resume, timed buttons and play gates sit on the embed. Behind the player you get a per-second graph, heatmaps, and a breakdown of buyers and non-buyers. Native tests can be judged on clicks, conversions or revenue. Watch-behavior events can go to Meta and Google. A Free Forever plan exists, and the paid tiers start at the figure in the table.

Use it when the Kajabi page needs that player and you are willing to leave attribution in Kajabi. It does not replace Kajabi Payments, and it does not post that order back onto the play the way a cart postback does. You get a deeper picture of attention than Media Library, and the order stays a Kajabi report.

Paid plans include a bandwidth allowance and then charge $0.33 per extra gigabyte. A page with heavy ad traffic can cost more than the sticker price. If you are choosing between the two sales-letter players, use the comparison linked above. If you are leaving Vidalytics itself, the [Vidalytics alternatives](/alternatives/vidalytics) page lists the replacements.

##### What works

* Smart autoplay, resume play, timed buttons and play gates on the player.
* A per-second graph, heatmaps, and a breakdown of buyers and non-buyers.
* Native tests judged on clicks, conversions or revenue.
* A Free Forever plan to try the player before a paid tier.

##### What to watch

* Bandwidth past the plan allowance is billed per gigabyte, so a busy ad page can cost more than the sticker.
* It does not post a Kajabi Payments order back onto the play. The sale still lives in Kajabi.
* Fewer people have reviewed it than the big hosts.

### 3\. Panda Video: best Kajabi alternative for course protection

[Read the Panda Video review](/reviews/panda-video)

Panda Video's homepage, with a free-trial button under the product name.

Panda Video fits a creator who wants the pitch and the lessons protected from easy downloads, in one account. A watermark, download blocking and a domain lock sit on the file. The player side has smart autoplay, a dummy progress bar, resume, in-player buttons, tests, and Meta and Google pixels. Plans are public, with a 14-day trial. Storage, bandwidth and the watermark add-on bill per gigabyte once you pass the included amount.

Kajabi's bundle encodes and plays the file. It is not sold as a DRM product, so download protection is the gap Panda fills. If people downloading the course is the problem, start with the [secure video hosting](/best/secure-video-hosting) roundup. Then decide if you also need the winning version to be the one that sold. Panda's tests are not decided on the order, and revenue is not attached to the play. A sales letter that has to show which ad produced the purchase still belongs on the first host on this page.

The other limit is how little has been written about it in English. G2 and GetApp have listed it with no reviews, the product is biggest in Latin America, and the dashboard is mostly in Portuguese. Pilot a lesson and one pitch before you move a library. Other hosts to consider are on the [Panda Video alternatives](/alternatives/panda-video) page.

##### What works

* A watermark, download blocking and a domain lock on the file.
* Smart autoplay, in-player buttons, tests and Meta and Google pixels.
* A public plan list and a 14-day trial.

##### What to watch

* Almost no independent English-language reviews, so you are reading the vendor more than outside buyers.
* A test on this player is not scored on the sale, and revenue is not attached to the play.
* The dashboard and the support replies are mostly in Portuguese.

### 4\. Voomly: best Kajabi alternative for in-video forms

[Read the Voomly review](/reviews/voomly)

Voomly's homepage, with the create-and-host pitch and a free-trial button.

Voomly turns a video into a small funnel. An in-video form can take an email. Surveys, lockers and buttons can sit in the player, and clips can branch. Engagement graphs and heatmaps cover location, device and browser. The table's From price is the low Basic tier. Plus, at $19 a month, is the first headline plan with unlimited bandwidth. Cloud and Pro sit above it. Light is free and capped. The page offers a 14-day trial.

Voomly suits a Kajabi creator who wants the email form inside the video, with no bandwidth cap, and who does not need a sale to pick the winning test. There is no split test decided on the sale. The reports stop at engagement.

Read the billing notes before you add it on top of Kajabi. The [Voomly review](/reviews/voomly) records charges that continued after a cancellation, and two logins while the company changes platforms. Pay on a card you can stop, and cancel in the customer center. If the forms inside the video are why you are leaving, the [Voomly alternatives](/alternatives/voomly) page lists other hosts for that job.

##### What works

* In-video lead capture, surveys, lockers and branching funnels.
* Engagement graphs and heatmaps on the headline plans.
* Unlimited bandwidth from the Plus plan up, with a free Light tier under that.

##### What to watch

* The standing account complaint is charges after cancellation, and two logins while the company changes platforms.
* No split test decided on the sale, and no path from the play to the order.
* The Voomly product listing itself is thin next to the wider family of apps.

### 5\. Wistia: best Kajabi alternative for your own account

[Read the Wistia review](/reviews/wistia)

Wistia's homepage, presenting business video hosting and marketing tools.

Every Kajabi upload already sits on Wistia. A standalone Wistia account is a different product. On that account, embedded media has an [Embed tab](https://support.wistia.com/en/articles/12530699-media-embed-analytics) with visits, plays, play rate, time played, engagement, the top places the file is embedded, and a CSV export. Around that sit channels, forms, heatmaps, webinars and CRM connections aimed at a marketing library. Business on the [pricing page](https://wistia.com/pricing) is the figure in the table, billed annually.

Open that account when the bundled stats are the thing you have outgrown, and the video's job is marketing, not a paid sales letter. You would pay Wistia and Kajabi. The partnership already stores the file. The extra subscription pays for analytics and channel tools Kajabi does not include.

It is a poor swap when the question is which ad produced the order. Tests here score engagement. An online school that left Wistia after a year [wrote](https://www.reddit.com/r/onlinecourses/comments/1wily4h/moved%5Ffrom%5Fwistia%5Fto%5Fkinescope%5Fmy%5Fexperience/) that the bill grew with the school, and they wanted reliable hosting plus an LMS link rather than the marketing layer. If that kind of bill is your worry, the [Wistia alternatives](/alternatives/wistia) page and the [Wistia vs TrackPlay](/compare/wistia-vs-trackplay) comparison split a marketing library from a sales-letter player.

##### What works

* A standalone account adds an Embed tab: visits, plays, play rate, time played, engagement and top embed locations.
* Channels, forms, heatmaps and webinars for a marketing library.
* A free plan before the Business tier.

##### What to watch

* Schools that outgrew it describe the bill rising with marketing features they did not use.
* Tests score engagement, so you still cannot tell which cut produced the order.
* You would be paying Wistia on top of the Kajabi plan that already includes the partnership.

### 6\. Bunny Stream: best Kajabi alternative for cheap delivery

[Read the Bunny Stream review](/reviews/bunny-stream)

Bunny Stream's homepage, with a trial button under the product name.

Bunny Stream transcodes the file, stores it, and plays it back. Encoding, the player and the security features are included. On the volume tier you pay $0.01 per GB stored and $0.005 per GB delivered, with a $1 monthly minimum. A 14-day trial does not need a card. Use it when the Kajabi page only needs the video to play, while the buttons, the form and the test stay on the page you already built.

It will not tell you which second the buyer left, and it will not post the order anywhere. Put the email form on the Kajabi page, next to the embed. A quiet lesson library can stay cheap at the per-gigabyte rates above. A sales video with heavy traffic bills for every gigabyte delivered, so run the [cost per 1,000 plays](/best/vsl-hosting-cost-per-1000-plays) before you point ads at it. The wider cheap-host list is the [cheap video hosting](/best/cheap-video-hosting) roundup.

##### What works

* Encoding, the player and token security are included. You pay for storage and delivery.
* A 14-day trial with no card.
* A sensible choice when the Kajabi page only needs the video to play.

##### What to watch

* No sales test, no revenue on the play, and no lead form inside the player.
* A busy video costs more than a quiet library, because delivery is part of the bill.
* Keep masters somewhere else. Treat it as delivery.

### My take

I would leave the lessons on Kajabi and move only the sales video. If that page is a letter you pay to send people to, I would start with TrackPlay and check that the cart's orders match the plays. If the worry is people downloading the course, I would start with Panda Video. If the video is a marketing library, I would open a direct Wistia account and pay the second bill.

### How we evaluated these

We read Kajabi's help pages to see how uploads, embeds and stats work, each host's pricing page for what you pay, and long-term user reports for what people say after they have lived with a host. We do not run the tools on live campaigns. The [research page](/methodology) explains that method. The [money page](/how-we-make-money) explains how the site is funded.

For someone keeping Kajabi, the questions were these. Does the documented page embed accept an outside player, or only the three hosts the help article names? Do the published stats include the sale, or only plays and engagement? Does the host record the verified order against the play? What do you pay for: plays, bandwidth, or gigabytes? And who should skip that host? The hosts appear in that order, and the page does not use star ratings.

21 Oct 2026: first published from those help pages, the pricing pages, and the saved user reports.

### Frequently asked questions

Can you host Kajabi videos outside Kajabi?

On a website or landing page, the Video block takes embed code. The help article names YouTube, Vimeo and Wistia. A lesson is separate: the uploader wants a file, and a YouTube or Vimeo page link goes in the lesson body through the source editor.

Does Kajabi host the video?

No. The partnership in the intro is what stores the file, and the plan already covers that hosting.

What is the upload limit?

The help center caps one video file at 4 GB, on course uploads and on pages.

Will a different host break Kajabi checkout?

The order still runs in Kajabi if the page, the product and the payment stay there. You still pay the Kajabi subscription in the note under the table. The new host is an extra bill for the file.

When is TrackPlay the wrong host for a Kajabi video?

When the file is a lesson or a content-marketing piece. It is built for a sales video on paid traffic. Channels, SEO pages and webinars are the gap. Leave those jobs on Kajabi or on a marketing host.
