TrackPlay pricing
Every plan ships every feature. You pay for plays, not seats or tiers. Here is what each plan includes, what an extra play costs, and how to size a plan to real traffic.

TrackPlay prices differently from most video tools. There are no feature tiers and no per-seat charge. Every plan, including the free one, ships the full player and every conversion tool, and the only thing that changes as you move up is how many plays are included and what you pay for a play beyond the cap. That makes the pricing simple to read and puts the whole question on one number: how many plays your traffic will generate.
The catch in that model is what TrackPlay counts as a play, and it is worth understanding before you pick a plan. It is not one play per viewer. This page lays out the plans, then the play math, so you can size a plan to real traffic rather than to the sticker.
The plans
Prices read on TrackPlay's own pricing page on 24 September 2026. Annual billing saves two months. Above 50,000 plays a month is a custom quote.
| Plan | Monthly | Plays / mo | Extra play | What to know |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 1,000 | None | Watermarked, no card, no time limit; playback pauses at the cap |
| Basic | $29 | 5,000 | $0.02 | First funnels on paid traffic; 14-day trial, no card |
| PRO | $79 | 15,000 | $0.01 | Marketed as most popular; 14-day trial, no card |
| SCALE | $199 | 50,000 | $0.01 | High volume, where every point of ROAS counts; 14-day trial |
Every plan ships the full player and every conversion tool: split testing scored on sales, Meta and Google Ads pixels at any watch-time milestone, cart postbacks, webhooks, sub-ID tracking, the REST API and signed URLs. On the free plan, AI Optimize runs with your own OpenAI key; everywhere else it is included.
The number that decides your bill: what a play is
Because TrackPlay bills on plays, the plan you need depends on how many plays your traffic produces, and a play is not the same as a viewer. TrackPlay's own terms are unusually plain about it: a play is counted each time playback starts, a viewer unmutes, a viewer resumes after a pause, or a viewer restarts the video. Seeking and scrubbing do not count.
The practical effect is that one viewer can be several plays. The vendor's own example: a viewer who autoplays a video muted, unmutes it, pauses and resumes, and then replays it counts as four plays. On a VSL running muted Smart Autoplay to cold paid traffic, unmutes and resumes are common, so a realistic rule of thumb is to assume more than one play per unique viewer and to check your real ratio in the dashboard during the trial.
Two things soften the risk. First, you control overage: leave it switched off and playback simply pauses at your cap, so you are never billed a surprise; switch it on and extra plays bill at $0.02 on Basic or $0.01 on PRO and SCALE. Second, usage is live in the dashboard, so you can watch plays against the cap rather than discovering the number on an invoice. Model your monthly unique viewers, multiply by a conservative plays-per-viewer figure, and size the plan to that.
What you are trading off
What works
- Split-test winners are decided on the sale, with a p-value and confidence interval, and both variants run under one embed so your ad links and campaign learning never reset.
- Server-side pixels fire to Meta and Google Ads at the watch-time milestone you choose, and cart postbacks credit the sale to the play that earned it from ClickBank, BuyGoods, Digistore24, WarriorPlus, JVZoo and Kiwify.
- Retention is drawn second by second and split into buyers versus non-buyers, alongside revenue per play, so you can see the exact seconds costing you the sale.
- Every feature ships on every plan, billing is on plays rather than seats or tiers, and there is a real free plan of 1,000 plays a month with no card. Paid plans start at $29.
What to watch
- It launched in 2026 and has almost no independent track record. The testimonials are all on its own site, with no Reddit or review-site record to check yet, so you are relying on vendor claims until you pilot it.
- It is narrow on purpose: a paid-traffic VSL player, not a general video host or a B2B content library, so it has none of the channels, SEO pages or webinar tooling of a Wistia. If the video's job is content marketing rather than a direct-response sale, it is the wrong tool.
- Billing is by plays, and its own terms count a start, an unmute, a resume and a replay as separate plays, so one viewer can register several. At volume that changes the cost, though you can cap it and usage is live in the dashboard.
- The contract declines to promise a specific uptime percentage despite the 99.99% marketing figure, and the service is provided as is with no revenue warranty.
