Uscreen pricing
Uscreen has four plans, but the number that decides your bill is not the sticker. It is the per-subscriber fee that stacks on top of the base for every member. Here is what each plan costs, where the real cost hides, and the contract caution to know before you commit to a year.
Uscreen is priced the way a membership platform is priced, not the way a video host is. There is a monthly base for each plan, and then a per-subscriber fee that is charged on top of it for every active paying member above the Starter tier. That second number is the one that grows with your business, and it is the reason a Uscreen bill can end up several times its sticker price.
The plans also step up in what they include, and the step that matters most is apps: the branded mobile and TV apps that are the platform's main draw do not appear until App Essentials at $449 a month. This page lays out the four plans, the fees that stack on top, and the contract caution buyers raise, so the price you plan for is the price you pay.
The plans and the per-subscriber fee
Read on Uscreen's own pricing page on 28 September 2026. Growth and App Essentials prices below are the annual rate (save up to 20 percent); paid monthly they are $199 and $499.
| Plan | Base price | Per-subscriber fee | What you get |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $49/mo | $0 | Monthly only, 100-subscriber cap, catalog, live streaming, 20h storage, 10% one-time-sale fee, 1 seat |
| Growth | $149/mo | $1.99 | Custom domain, unlimited subscribers, 100h storage, 5% one-time-sale fee, 1 seat |
| App Essentials | $449/mo | $0.99 | Everything in Growth plus 2 mobile apps (iOS and Android), onboarding, free migration, 3 seats |
| Custom | Custom | Custom | Everything in App Essentials plus 5 TV apps, community (DMs, challenges), API access, whitelabeling, dedicated success manager |
Two lines the base price does not show: storage over your plan runs $99 per 100 hours, and live streaming beyond the one free hour runs $15 an hour. The one-time-sale fee is 10 percent on Starter and 5 percent above it.
The number that decides your bill: subscribers
The base price is the smaller half of the story once your membership grows. Above Starter, Uscreen charges a fee for every active paying member on top of the monthly base: $1.99 on Growth and $0.99 on App Essentials. Work it through and the gap is stark. A Growth plan with 500 members adds about $995 in per-subscriber fees to the $149 base, so the real bill is roughly $1,144 a month, nearly eight times the sticker. The fee scales with exactly the success you are paying to build, which is why the most consistent complaint in the reviews is money. One independent review estimates the platform can take up to 40 percent of a subscription once its fees stack up.
The caution that is specific to Uscreen is the contract. Trustpilot reviewers report being told that downgrades and cancellations during the subscription period are not allowed and that payment continues through the full annual term, with one adding that after cancelling they waited over 30 days for a pending payout and could not reach a person to resolve it. None of that touches whether the platform works, and most day-to-day reviews are warm. But it argues for the same approach: start on the monthly Starter plan, model the per-subscriber fee against your real member count, prove the membership before you commit to a year, and cancel in writing.
What you are trading off
What works
- Purpose-built for subscription memberships: a Netflix-style catalog, native live streaming and a community space in one platform, so members watch, chat and pay without you stitching three tools together
- Branded mobile and TV apps are the standout feature. Uscreen builds iOS, Android and TV apps for you with no code, and reviewers say the app makes a membership feel legitimate and lifts the share of viewing that happens in-app
- Real monetization built in: subscriptions, one-off sales and free trials, plus marketing automations and analytics, so you charge members directly instead of bolting on a separate cart
- Hands-on onboarding and free migration. A dedicated success manager walks you through setup, and reviewers repeatedly credit the team with making the launch of a site and app easy
- A 14-day free trial with no card, and a Starter plan at $49/mo, so you can test the membership model before committing real money
What to watch
- It is a membership platform, not a direct-response VSL player: there is no sound-first smart autoplay, no split test scored on the sale and no revenue attribution, so a paid-traffic sales letter still cannot prove which traffic actually bought from inside Uscreen
- The per-subscriber fee is the loudest complaint. Above Starter you pay $0.99 to $1.99 per subscriber on top of the monthly base, so a growing membership pays far more than the headline price, and reviewers describe the total take as high once fees stack up
- Annual contracts are rigid: Trustpilot reviewers report no mid-term downgrade or cancellation and being billed through the full term, so treat the annual commitment as firm and start on the monthly Starter plan to test
- Support and payouts can go quiet at the worst time. Reviewers report delayed payouts after cancelling and difficulty reaching a person to resolve a billing problem, so keep your own records and cancel in writing
- The entry price is not the price to run apps. Starter caps at 100 subscribers and mobile apps only begin on App Essentials at $449/mo, and the dashboard and marketing tools draw usability complaints, so budget and pilot for the plan you will actually need
